摘  要:通过对人参果 (SolanummuricatumAit )试管苗与移栽成活苗气孔大小、气孔开度日变化及保卫细胞对碘 硫酸反应的观察比较 ,研究了试管苗与移栽成活苗气孔行为的差异 .结果表明 ,试管苗与移栽成活苗的气孔大小日变化幅度不大 ,但两者气孔开度的日变化明显不同 :试管苗日变化曲线平稳 ,无明显波动 ;移栽成活苗日变化曲线呈明显波峰状 ,在 13:0 0达到最大值 .碘 硫酸反应表明 ,滴加硫酸后 ,试管苗与移栽成活苗气孔开度都显著增大 ,与硫酸作用前相比 ,移栽成活苗的增加幅度约 6倍于试管苗 。The stomatal behavior difference between the in vit ro and normal Pepino(Solanum muricatum Ait.)plantlets is studied in this pap er.The daily variation of sto matal size and degree of stomatal opening and the guard cell wall reactions to i odine-sulfuric acid method were observed by microscopy.The daily variation of s tomatal size was not evident in both two types.The curve diagram of the plantlet s cultured in test tube was steady and no evident fluctuation,but that of the no rmal plantlets appeared wave crest and attained to the maximum at 13:00.Iodine- sulfuric acid method showed that the stomatal aperure size of the two type plant lets increases intensely after sulfuric acid treatment,the increasing extent of the normal plantlets is some 6 times as much as the plantlets in vitro.Maybe it is related to the guard cell wall rigid difference between the two type plantle ts.
