吉林市高危人群艾滋病性病感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析吉林市高危人群性病特别是艾滋病感染情况,以便制定相应的管理方法进行必要的行为干预,降低发病率.方法针对不同职业设计相应的调查表,分别调查及采静脉血,进行RPR和抗-HIV抗体检测,其中性罪错人员进行妇科检查和采取宫颈分泌物做淋球菌培养.结果共调查1386人,RPR检测阳性率2.96%,抗-HIV抗体检测阳性率0.07%,仅有59.52%的被调查者知道如何预防艾滋病,其中性罪错人员56.31%有性病,淋球菌培养鉴定阳性率11.56%.结论高危人群中艾滋病病毒感染检出率比较低,但其它性病检出率比较高.Objective To analyze AIDS/STD infection in high risk group in Jilin city so as to make appropriate administrative measures and take necessary intervene for reducing the incidence rate.Methods Designing appropriate investigation form for the different occupation crowds,one group investigated and collected vein blood was taken RPR and anti -HIV test.The prostitutes were taken gynecology examination and collected cervical secretion that be used in the culture of N.gonorrhoeae. Results 1368 persons were investigated total,the positive rate of RPR examination was 2.96%,the positive rate of anti-HIV examination was 0.07%.Only 59.52% persons knew how to prevent AIDS.In the prostitutes,56.31% of them had STD symptoms,the positive rate of N.gonorrhoeae culture was 11.56%.Conclusion The infection rate of AIDS virus in high risk group is fairly low,but the infection rate of STD is fairly high.
