三七总皂甙对大鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究三七总皂甙 (TSPNS)对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :Wistar雄性大鼠 ,体重 2 0 0～ 2 5 0 g,分对照组与实验组 (每组 12只 ) ,应用免疫学细胞技术 ,进行免疫功能指标测定。结果 :TSPNS能明显提高肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM) (4 0 .8±5 .8,5 9.8± 8.5 ,P <0 .0 0 1)及外周血中性粒细胞 (PMN) (74.1± 4.5 ,82 .5± 5 .6 ,P <0 .0 0 1)的吞噬率 ;降低外周血白细胞移行抑制指数 (MI) (0 .387± 0 .172 ,0 .2 38± 0 .12 2 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;对脾细胞特异性玫瑰花环形成细胞率 (SEAC) (10 .7± 4.2 ,14.3± 6 .5 ,P >0 .0 5 )无明显影响。结论 :TSPNS能提高大鼠的特异性和非特异性细胞免疫功能。Objective: To study the effects of panax natoginseng saponins on immune functions of rats.Methods:Male Wistar rats with body weight of 200～250 g were divided into two groups(n12),immune cellular technique were adopted and some targets were detected on immune functions of rats. Resluts: TSPNS can obviously increase the phagocytic rate of AM(40.8±5.8,59.8±8.5,P<0.001) and PMN(74.1±4.5,82.5±5.6,P<0.001), decrease the peripheral blood leucocytic migration inhibitory index (0.387±0.172,0.238±0.122,P<0.05). TSPNS had not obvious effects on SEAC(10.7±4.2,14.3±6.5,P>0.05). Conclusion: TSPNS can increase the cellular immunity function of specitic and nonspecific of rats.
