摘  要:目的:为研究僵蚕抗实验性血栓的作用。方法:用Beyers制作静脉血栓动物模型进行观察。结果:表明静脉注射僵蚕液后,模型动物的血栓重量明显减轻(P<0.01),纤溶酶原含量、纤维蛋白原含量、优球蛋白溶解时间明确减少(P<0.05),同时激活部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)均有明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:说明僵蚕具有促纤溶活性,对凝血酶一纤维蛋白原反应的直接抑制作用为防止血栓形成的主要因素。Objective: To study the effects of batryticated silkworm on experimental antithrombosis. Methods: Observe the venous thrombsis mouse model its made by beyers. Results: Showed that when compared with the control, the weight of the thrombus were reduced obviously(P<0. 01), after the batryticated silkworm solution was intravenously infused. The contents of plasminogen, fibrinogen and euglobulin lysis time were remarkably reduced. Meanwhile, kaolin partial thromboplastin time(KPTT), prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time(TT) were significantly prolonged(P<0.01). Conclusion: These facts indicated that batryticated silkworm can promote fibrinolytic activity and inhibit the coagulation process.
