摘　　要：知识经济的一个重要特征 ,就是高新技术的产业化。要发展高科技产业 ,实现“科教兴国”、“科教兴豫”战略 ,不仅要建立高新技术开发和知识、技术创新体系 ,更重要的是建立支持高新技术成果商品化、产业化和高技术企业发展的风险投资体制。对大量的社会调查得出河南高新技术企业的融资渠道不畅的原因 ;找出河南高新技术产业的潜在投资主体 ;并对加快发展河南风险投资和高新技术产业提出了对策。One of most important characteristics of knowledge economy lies in the rapid industrialization of advanced technology. The development of high technology calls for not only the establishment of high-tech development mechanism and a system of technological innovation and a system which can hasten the commercialization and industrialization of the advanced technology and stimulate risk investment in high-tech companies is also urgently needed. This essay is trying to find out the reasons causing an inefficient channel in the financing of the high-tech companies in Henan province and look for the potential investment entities in the high-tech industry in Henan and put forward some feasible countermeasures to the development of the risk investment and high-tech industry in Henan province.
