摘　　要：梳棉机锡林道夫的针齿容量直接影响纤维的均匀、混合和转移能力。由于针布针齿的齿形不统一 ,容量小 ,所以计算针齿容量非常困难。本文用几何计算的方法计算了锡林道夫针布针齿的容量及针齿容量比 ,证明了锡林道夫针布配套时 ,锡林针布采用矮齿、浅齿为好。同时也为研究锡林道夫间的纤维转移、均匀。The capacity of metallic card clothing of cylinder and doffer in the cotton cylinder directly decides the ability of fiber's transference,evenness and mixture;because there are all kinds of card clothing and the capacity of carding clothing is morsel. This clothing calculation is very difficult. We propose geometrical method to calculate the capacity of metallic card clothing of cylinder and doffer in the cotton carding and their rate.which proof using short carding clothing in cylinder is better when making the carding clothing of cylinder and doffer into a complete set. At the same time, this study is the base of the fiber's transference, evenness and mixture between cylinder and doffer and also supplies a theoretical experience for all kinds of metallic carding clothing in the cotton card forming a best complete set.
