摘 要:研究用H2 O2 氧化回收含有NMMO的lyocell纤维的纺丝凝固浴 ,并使之纯化脱色。应用正交实验方法研究各种参数对氧化法的影响 ,探索适合实际工业生产的最佳工艺条件。在实验中 ,用溶液在 45 0nm的吸光度来跟踪反应的进行 ,通过测量溶液的吸光度、pH值、过氧化氢的残余量来指示反应的终点和结果。研究结果表明影响氧化法纯化回收凝固浴的主要因素是温度和H2 O2 的加入量。最佳工艺条件是再生温度为 70℃、H2 O2 的加入量为溶液质量的 1.0 %、溶液的pH值为 8。A new process for purification and regeneration of the aquous solution of N-methylmorpholine-N-Oxide(NMMO) in the production of lyocell fiber has been studied. In this new process, the aqueous hydrogen peroxide was added into the reclaimed solution to purify the solvent of NMMO by using oxidation. The extinction, the value of pH and the remains of the hydrogen peroxide in the reactive solution were measured and their effects on oxidation reaction were investigated. The results showed that temperature and the amount of the hydrogen peroxide were both the important parameters to the oxidation. The optimum process was as followed: the temperature of the reaction is 70℃; the amount of the added hydrogen peroxide is 1% of the weight of solution and the value of pH of solution is 8.
