826例儿童发铅、锌、铜、铁、钙含量分析

摘　　要：探讨了东乡县儿童体内微量元素情况。对 82 6例儿童发铅、锌、铜、铁、钙检测结果分各年龄组进行了分析。结果表明 ,82 6例儿童中发铅含量超标 5 1 2例 ,占 6 1 99% ;发锌含量低标6 0 4例 ,占 73 1 % ;发铜含量低标 4 6例 ,占 5 6 % ;发铁含量低标 95例 ,占 1 1 5 % ;发钙含量低标 1 1 6例 ,占 1 9 6 %。 5种元素含量与年龄有关 ,随着年龄增大 ,发铅、锌、铜、钙含量下降 ,发铁含量上升。分析表明 ,儿童铅污染 ,锌、钙缺乏程度相当普遍且严重。在儿童生长发育期进行常规的微量元素检测非常必要。To discuss the trace element in the children,826 children with hair's trace element deficiency was grouped by different ages.The hair content of Pb,Zn,Cu,Fe and Ca was analysed.The results show that Pb content of 61.99 of the children hair is above the criterion;604 children's(73.1%)Zn content of the hair is below the criterion;46 children's Cu content of the hair is below the criterion(5.6%);95 children's Fe content of the hair is below the criterion(11.5%);116 children's Ca content of the hair is below the criterion(19.6%).The children's Ca content of the hair was related to age.It concluded that pollution of Pb and the lack of Zn and Ca are very common and serious.It's necessary for the children to have hair trace element examined.
