单纯性肥胖症儿童血清锌铜铁钙的变化及意义

摘　　要：测定了福州地区 88例单纯性肥胖症儿童及 5 0例健康儿血清锌、铜、铁、钙含量。结果显示 ,肥胖组血清Zn水平显著升高 ,Fe、Cu、Ca水平无变化 ,Cu/Zn比值降低。说明体内微量元素变化以锌明显 ,铜相对缺少。对于疾病的治疗和控制有指导性价值。The content of Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca in serum of 88 children with obesity and 50 normal children was studied in Fuzhou city.The results indicated that serum Zn level was much higher in children with obesitg than that in the normal children,while Fe,Cu,Ca level of children with obesity was the same as those of normal children.And in children with obesity,the ratio of Zn/Cu was lower than that in the normal group.These results suggested that the change of Zn was the most distinct among the trace elements in human body and Cu content relatively decrased.
