肾造影体层摄影对慢性肾盂肾炎的诊断价值(附14例X线分析)

摘　　要：本文对经肾造影体层摄影而确诊为慢性肾盂肾炎者14例,进行肾体积测量及X 线分析,确定为两侧性病变者12例,一侧性病变者2例。26个病肾皆有不同程度的肾实质萎缩,以肾极部分最多发;但肾长径不一定缩短。其中19个肾脏具有凹陷性疤痕伴邻近肾盏改变的X 线特征。轻微的疤痕不引起邻近肾盏改变而只表现为肾实质厚度的轻度缩小,对此,细致的肾体积测量可以避免或减少单凭视觉观察的差误。肾造影体层摄影清晰显示肾解剖结构和轮廓,能提高对本病的检出率和诊断率,对本病诊断有一定价值。Fourteen patients with chronicpyelonephritis were analysed.All pe-rformed tomography with pyelographyand kidney size was measured.Bila-teral renal involvement was found in12 patients and unilateral in 2.Of 26sick kidneys which had renal atrophyIn various degree,19 had indentationsresulting from constriction of cicatri-ces associated with deformation anddilatation of calyces.Slight changesof kidney size could be seen by renalmeasurement.Tomography with pyelo-graphy can demonstrate the contour andstructure of the kidneys clearly,so itis benefit of detecting pyelone phritis.
