新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症的研究

摘　　要：目的 :调查新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症在江西省出血性疾病中的患病率。方法 :从临床筛选出肢体有瘀点、瘀斑或出血症状 ,而血小板计数、出血时间、凝血象和 ADP诱导血小板的聚集功能等均正常的患者 ,用刺参酸性粘多糖诱导测血小板的聚集功能。结果 :共查出新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症 3 4例 ,其中男性 8例 ,女性 2 6例 ,中位年龄 4 0岁 ,患病数为 2 6.8%。结论 :证实在人群中确实存在新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症 ,且男性少于女性 ,其比为 1∶3 .2 ,以中青年人为主。Objective: To investigate the morbidity of a new variant of platelet aggregation defect (Shen Di`s disease) among hemorrhagic diseases in Jiangxi province. Methods: Patients with ecchymosis on extremities or bleeding symptoms, whose platelet count, bleeding time, coagulation profiles and platelet aggregation induced by ADP were normal, were selected out for the examination ofplatelet aggregation induced by SJAMP and compared with normal controls. Results: Thirty four patients with Shen Di`s disease according to diagnostic standards in literature were found in 127 subjects examined. The morbidity was 26.8%. Among them, 8 were male and 26 female. The median age was 40 years old. Conclusion: The results show that Shen Di`s disease existed in the people indeed, with male suffers less than females, being a ratio of 1∶3.2, and the majority are middle aged and young people.
