摘　　要：为了探明内皮素 - 1在兔输卵管组织细胞中的来源 ,本文采用地高辛精标记 ET- 1c RNA探针核酸原位杂交法对兔输卵管内皮素 - 1m RNA阳性表达细胞的分布进行了研究。结果显示 ,输卵管粘膜上皮细胞胞浆内可见 ET-1m RNA阳性杂交信号 ,呈深蓝色 ,阳性杂交信号强且密集 ,该阳性杂交信号主要分布在细胞核的上方 ,靠近游离面。In order to investigate the source of endothelin 1(ET 1) in tissues of the rabbit′s uterine tube,the distribution of ET 1 mRNA positive expression cells in rabbits′ uterine tube was studied by in situ hybridization histochemistry with digoxin labelled ET 1 cRNA probe.The results indicated that ET 1 mRNA positive hybridization signals with deep blue color were distributed in epithelial cells of the mucosa of uterine tube.These signals were intense, dense and mainly distributed above the nucleus and near the free surface of the cell.
