摘　　要：H.263是ITU-T制定的低码速率下视频图像的压缩标准。介绍了H.263的视频编码算法和新增的可以提高性能的四个可选项,并给出了软件实现方案。The ITU-T Recommendation H.263 specifies a coded representation that can be used for compressing the moving picture component of audio-visual services at low bit rates. In addition to the basic video source coding algorithm, the paper presents four negotiable coding options for improved performance, and the implement solution in software is given.
