摘　　要：Methylotrophic yeast expression system is one of the eukaryotic expression systems which was widely applied and devoloped fast in rencent years. Expression of the methanol inducible genes, expression vector, fermentation, purification and character of secretion proteins, factors affecting heterologous gene expression, comparision of methylotrophic yeast and other yeasts are reviewed in this paper.
