摘　　要：了解武汉地区老年人群骨质疏松性骨折发生率。方法 :根据流行病学调查的要求 ,整体抽样选择常住武汉市区 60岁以上的老年居民 1 764人 ,现场调查由骨科医生执行 ,统一质量控制和回收表格 ,进行统计分析。结果 60岁及以上老年人群各种骨质疏松性骨折总发生率为 7.31 %。结论 :武汉地区老年骨质疏松性骨折发生率低于国内部分地区。Objective: To study the prevalence of senile osteoporotic fracture in Wuhan area. Methods: According to the requirements of the study 1764 residents in Wuhan area, which were all over 60 years old, were randomly selected. The spot investigation was carried out by orthopedists, then the quality control, questionnaire collections, and statistics were performed. Finally the data were analyzed. Results: The prevalence of osteoporotic fractures in old people over 60 was 7.31% in Wuhan area. Conclusion: The prevalence rates of osteoporotic fracture in Wuhan area are lower than those in other areas in China.
