钙、磷及其调节激素在实验性绝经后骨质疏松症发病中的作用

摘  要:目的 :为了探求血、尿、骨灰中 Ca、P及钙调节激素在绝经后骨质疏松症模型中的变化及其在发病中的作用。方法 ;选用 1 1月龄雌性大鼠去卵巢后 3个月建立绝经后骨质疏松症模型 ,取血、尿、骨标本。测右后肢股骨、胫骨及第 2~ 4腰椎骨密度 ,血清、尿、骨灰中 Ca、P含量及血清中 E2 、CT、PTH含量。结果 :与正常假手术组对照 ,模型组右股骨、胫骨及腰椎 BMD,右股骨湿重、干重、灰重及骨灰 Ca、P含量 ,血清中 E2 、CT明显降低 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而尿 Ca排出量及血清 PTH含量则较假手术组明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,血 Ca、P及尿 P含量无明显变化。结论 :Ca、P及 E2、CT、PTH等调节激素在骨质疏松症发病中具有重要意义。Objective:To study the role that calcium(Ca)?phosphorus(P) and Calcium regulatipn hormones play in the postmenopausal osteoporosis model rats by testing the content change of Ca?P and Calcium regulation hormones.Methods:20 female rats, aged 11 months, were divided into sham operated group and ovariectomized group(OVX).3 months later, the blood?urine and bone samples were collected to perform the following tests:bone density(right femer? right thbiae?lumber spines(L 2~L 4),the content of Ca?P in serum?urine and bone ash, the content of Estrogen(E 2)?Calcitonin(CT)?and Parathyroid hormone(PTH) in serum.Results:Compared to sham operated group, the BMD of right femer?right tibiae and lumber spines(L 2~L 4) were reduced obviously in the OVX group(P<0.01).So did the wet weight?net weight and ash weight of the above bones.The content of E 2? CT in serum were also decreased significantly(P<0.01).The content of Ca and P have no significant difference between the sham operated group and the OVX group in serum(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ca?P and Calcium regulation hormones such as E 2?CT and PTH play an important role in resulting in Postmenopausal osteoporosis.
