摘  要:目的 探讨内镜非接触性氩离子凝固术 (APC)的疗效及安全性。方法 分别对 5只新鲜猪胃的胃体及胃窦粘膜以不同的输出功率 (40 W、 60 W、 80 W)及不同的作用时 间 (1 s、 3 s、 5 s)进行凝固,光学显微镜下观察组织学改变并测量凝固深度及范围。结 果 相同作用功率下,凝固区域的深度及宽度均随作用时间 (1 s、 3 s、 5 s)延长而增加 (P< 0.05);在同一作用时间, 凝固区域的深度及宽度亦随作用功率(40 W、60 W、80 W)的 增高而增加(P< 0.05)。最大的凝固区域深度不超过2 mm, 直径不超过7 mm。结论动物 实验证实,APC为一种安全有效、易于控制的内镜下治疗胃肠疾病的方法 。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of the argon plas ma coagulation (APC)a non- touched technique via endoscopy. Methods Various po wer setting (40 W,60 W,80 W) at increasing exposure time (1 sec,3 sec,5 sec) wer e used during application of APC to different mucosa (gastric body and autrum) o f fresh stomaches gotten from 5 pigs.Histologic appearance and measurement of de pth and diameter of tissue necrosis area were examined through light microscope. Results Under the same power,the depth and the diameter were increased with th e exposure time increasing(P< 0.05), while the exposure time was set,the par ameter also increased with the power increasing(P< 0.05)。 Even at the highest p ower setting and the longest exposure time,the depth of tissue necrosis is less than 2 mm,and the diameter is less than 7 mm. Conclusion Argon plasma coagulati on is effective and safe in the treatment of gastroenteric disease.
