摘　　要：本文概述立法开放政府信息对于有效开发和科学利用政府信息资源 ,促进民主政治和廉政建设 ,实现政府信息资源共享 ,推动我国经济和社会发展的重要意义 ;就政府信息开放与立法问题 ,围绕公民、法人和其他组织对政府信息的获取 ,政府信息的发布与提供 ,政府部门之间的信息交流 ,政府信息的密级设定与调整 。This paper summarized the significance of opening Chinese government information to the public use,the impact of relational legislation on the management of government information resources,the construction of democratic and incorruptible politics,and the development of Chinese economy and society.Discussed the ways of issuing,providing and asking for government information,the information sharing among government organizations,the classifying of government information,and the control of personal information.
