摘　　要：论述了我国古代版权保护意识的萌芽 ,版权保护的主要模式及近代版权保护制度的产生 ,并就中国近代版权保护落后的原因进行概要分析。Copyright protection in the embryonic stage and its main modes in ancient China as well as the emergence of copyright protection system in modern times are dealt with. Its backward cause in modern China is analyzed.
