摘　　要：通过在研究型大学图书馆创新发展中的文献资源建设、用户服务和学科馆员等几个方面的详细论述,指出研究型大学图书馆建设必须全方位为学校的基础科学、尖端科学研究服务,更好地满足学校各学科专业发展的信息资源需求。Based on the discussion of collection development,user services and subject librarians in academic libraries,the paper emphasizes that the academic libraries should play a very important and active role in the teaching and research activities of universities.
