摘  要:本文应用等离子体沉膜技术制备正丁胺等离子体膜 TSM 声波传感器,并将该传感器对一系列有机溶剂进行检测,表明其对羧酸溶剂尤其是甲酸溶剂具有较好的响应性能且较传统的聚合膜传感器使用寿命长,沉膜量为35.11μg 的 TSM 传感器对甲酸的响应时间短,抗干扰性强。应用该 TSM 传感器和酸碱滴定法检测甲酸样品,二者所得结果一致,TSM 传感器法的回收率为95.6%~103.8%。A n-butylamine plasma coated thickness-shear-mode (TSM) acoustic wave sensor was prepared on the surface of quartz crystal using a plasma deposited technique.The re- sponse characteristics of the TSM sensor for a series of organic solvent were reported.It shows that the TSM can be used for sensing carboxylic acid solvent efficiently and possesses considerably long lifetime compared with the sensor coated by common chemical polymer.The sensor possessed rapid response time to formic acid while coating with 35.11μg of plasma-deposited n-buty- lamine.Compared with acid-base titration method,the sensor can be used for the determination of HCOOH solvent with recovery rate of 95.6% to 103.8%.
