气化型煤在水煤气发生炉中的燃烧试验

摘　　要：在型煤工业生产线上生产了３００ ｔ气化型煤，并在 ２台Ｄ２．４ｍ的水煤气发生炉中进行了１００％的全烧试验．试验结果表明：气化型煤可作为块煤的替代原料用于水煤气发生炉中，用型煤造气时，水煤气发生炉内炉况运行稳定，生产出的半水煤气组分完全符合化肥厂生产的要求，将型煤用于合成氨及化肥生产是一项环保、节能新技术．ton gasification briquette have been produced and gasified in fixed-bed gasifier of 2. 4m ID using briquette completely as material. The industrial test results in gasifier showed that the briquette has stable gasification process and output of gas. The composition of semi-water gas can meet the demand of syn-NH3 by briquette gasification completely. Gasification briquette can be taken as economical material instead of anthracite lump coal to produce semi-water gas. It is a new technology of decreasing cost for briquette to using in fertilizer producing.
