摘  要:采用乳化结晶法,研究了粗蒽精制过程中溶剂、温度、助剂及分离时间的作用.实验结果表明,只有与水部分互溶的溶剂、粗蒽、水、乳化剂、添加剂形成的乳化液才能有效、高选择性地分离蒽与其他组分.溶剂种类和分离温度是影响产物蒽含量与蒽收率的主要因素.粗蒽精制的适宜参数为:醛作溶剂,分离温度95℃,升温速率10℃/min,尿素用量2%,分离时间30min.The effects of solvent, temperature, additive and separation time on the re finement process of crude anthracene by using emulsion-crystallization were reported. Experimental results showed that only solvents, partly soluble in water, could separate anthrecene, with high efficiency and selectivity, from other composites by forming an emulsion system, which comprised of water, solvent, emulsifier, crude anthrecene and additive. Also seen from the experimental results was that the kinds of solvent and the separation temperature were major factors affecting the content and the yield of anthracene in the resulting refined anthracene. The process could, in one step, produce refined anthrecene (national grade one) with the content and yield of anthrecene greater than 95 wt% and 80% resp.. Suitable operation conditions were listed with furfural the solvent, separation temperature 95℃, cooling rate 10℃/mm, amount of urea 2 wt% and separation time 30 min.
