摘  要:研究了SEBS g MAH对PPO/PA6 6相容性的影响。结果表明SEBS g MAH是PPO/PA6 6共混物良好的反应型增容剂。对PPO/PA6 6 =75 / 2 5的共混物 ,SEBS g MAH的加入对合金的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、Izod缺口冲击强度均有提高 ,但刚性和耐热性略有下降 ,共混体系中PA6 6的玻璃化转变温度升高 ,PPO的玻璃化转变温度下降。用量一般控制在 2 .5~ 5 .0PHR之间为宜。对于PPO/PA6 6 =2 5 / 75的共混物 ,SEBS g MAH同样也起增容作用 ,在不太影响力学性能的条件下 ,明显改善了PPO/PA6 6合金的冲击强度 ,但以用量为s The effect of SEBS g MAH on the compatibility of PPO/PA66 was studied.The results showed SEBS g MAH was a good reactive compatibilizer for PPO/PA66.When the blending ratio of PPO/PA66 was 75∶25,the use of SEBS g MAH increased the tensile strength,bending strength and Izod notched impact strength of the blend system,but the rigidity and heat resistance of the system decreased a little; at the same time the T g of PA66 in the system increased while that of PPO in the system decreased;the content of SEBS g MAH would better to be 2.5~ 5.0 PHR.SEBS g MAH could also be used as compatibilizer for PPO/PA66,the blending ratio of which was 25∶75,in this case the mechanical properties of the system decreased little,but the impact strength of the system increased obviously,and the content of SEBS g MAH was better to be 5 PHR.
