锆铁红色料的研究

摘　　要：本研究采用正交试验法，选取铁的化合物种类、预球磨时间，预烧温度以及矿化剂种类作为考察对象，按正交表L9（（34））安排了试验。借助色度仅及XRD分析了上述因素对色料红度的影响，并确定了最佳制备工艺技术，即在配料中采用黄色氧化铁FeOOH，对氧化铁和ZrO2预先球磨24－48h，并在570℃预烧1h可制得红度值大的锆铁红色料。The study used the cross experimental design L9(34) to do a pigment experiment,selecring the iron oxides, premilling time, pecalcining temperature and colormeter and XRD,the author anatysed the four factors'effect on the 'a'value (Redness)of iron Zircon pigments,and determined the optimum preparation process,that is adopting FeOOH, premilling the mixture of FeOOH and ZrO2 24-48hr and precalcining 1hr at 570℃ to get the better pigment.
