中药复方抗肝纤维化时的实验检测

摘　　要：目的 :中药复方在慢性肝病临床治疗抗肝纤维化过程中疗效判断的实验检测。方法 :选 6 1例慢性肝炎、肝硬化病人随机分成两组 ,治疗组 31例给中药复方柴胡疏肝散加减治疗 3个月 ,对照组给益肝灵、护肝片治疗 3个月。两组病人治疗前后分别测定肝功能及肝纤维化等有关指标。结果 :治疗组ALT、SB、γ -G、HA、CⅣ降低较对照组明显 (分别P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中药复方抗肝纤维化治疗有效 ,采用肝功能及肝纤维化指标检测简单、方便 ,病人易接受 。Experimental text of Chinese herbal prescription on anti fibrosis of liver.Method:61 cases of chronic hepatitis,liver cirrhosis were divided into 2 groups with random method.The patients in treatment group were treated with modified Chai Hu Shu Gan San for 3 months and the patients in control group were treated with Yi Gan Ling and Hu Gan tablet for 3 months.We tested liver functions and liver fibrosis index for both of two group.Result:reducing of ALT,SB,r G,HA,CIV in treatment group is more notable than that of control group (P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),whith showed that Chinese herbal prescription has effect on antifibrosis of liver,the experimental result can instruct clinical practise.
