肘内侧副韧带损伤的病理发现及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨肘内侧副韧带损伤的病理发现及其临床意义。方法　肘内侧副韧带严重损伤的病例 6 4例 ,前臂屈肌起点前部、中部和后部撕裂。采用不同方法缝合。结果　随访 2年至 8年 ,疗效良好 ,肘关节侧向稳定 ,仅见肘伸直受限 5°和肘屈伸受限 10°各 1例。结论　肘内侧副韧带断裂宜及早手术 ,切除小撕脱骨片 ,恢复和保持肌起点和韧带断端的正常接触。Objective To evaluate the pathological findings and clinical significance of the medial collateral ligament injury of the elbow.Methods Sixty-six patients with severe injury of the medial collateral ligament of the elbow were in our study.We stitched the tears by different ways according to the sites of the injuries such as anterior,middle or posterior bundle tear at the starting-point of the flexor muscles of the forearm.Results It gives excellent results with the lateral stability of the elbow joint during the follow up from 2 to 8 years.One patient had 5 degree limitation of the elbow extension the other had 10 degree limitation of the elbow flexion and extension.Conclusion Early operation was recommended for the tear of medial collateral ligament to keep the normal contact between the starting point of the muscles and the broken ligament,the tear of small bone should be cut at the same time.
