髂总静脉受压综合征的超声监测研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声检查对髂总静脉受压综合征监测的可靠性、实用性、监测方法及诊断标准。方法 :利用超声检查的方法 ,对 2 1例髂总静脉受压综合征患者的声像图特征进行总结分析。结果 :本组 2 1例患者 ,左侧髂总静脉受压 2 0例 ,右侧受压 3例 ,其中有 2例左右侧同时受压。受压处静脉内径最小 0 .45 cm。并显示受压处远心端静脉声像图改变 ,为临床提供诊断依据。结论 :超声检查是发现和监测髂总静脉受压综合征及临床鉴别诊断的可靠有效方法。Objective:To investigate the credibility and utility of ultrasonography in diagnosis of common iliac vein compression syndrome (CIVCS)and its criteria.Methods:The ultrasonic features of 21 cases with CIVCS were analyzed.Results:There were 20 cases with 1eft common iliac vein compression syndrome,3 cases with right common iliac vein compression syndrome and 2 cases with both side compression out of 21 patients.The study showed that the minimal diameter of the compressed vein was 0.45cm.The ultrasonic changes of the distal end far from the compressed vein were reviewed and analyzed.Conclusions:Ultrasonography is an effective and reliable method which may provide diagnosing and monitoring common iliac vein compression syndrome
