摘　　要：江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体以邓小平党际关系理论为指导 ,全方位开展与各国政党之间的交往 ,党的对外工作在指导思想、目的宗旨、对象范围、形式内容等方面思路更清晰、目标更明确、内容更丰富 ,在正确处理国家利益与意识形态利益、国家关系与党际关系、社会主义政党与其他各国各类合法政党的关系 ,以及扩大党际交往的内容上理论更充实、实践更扎实 ,使政党外交更加成熟稳健 ,形成了一个全方位、多层次。The CPC leading collective of the third generation,with Jiang Ze min as the inner circle,guided by Deng Xiao ping′s theory of inter party relationship,has developed its communication in all directions the political parties from different countries.The foreign policy of the party has developed clearer thinking,more definite destination and richer content concerning its guide thinking,purposes,objects,range,form and content.The theory and practice to correctly deal with the relationships between the benefit of the country and the benefit of the ideology,between the countries and between the parties,between the socialist political parties and the various lawful political parties from different countries as well as how to extend inter party communication are getting richer and more solid.That makes the political party diplomacy more mature and steady and thus it has taken on a brand new aspect in all directions,with multi levels and wide range.
