摘　　要：基因技术正在引发越来越多的经济、政治、伦理道德许多棘手的社会问题。随着生物基因技术的飞速发展 ,涉及基因的专利法律保护问题亟需解决 ,应该完善基因《专利法》制度 ,进一步扩大保护范围 。Gene technology is toching off more thorny social problems including economic problems,political questions and ethical issues.Biological gene technology developing fastly,gene patent legal protection need to be solved.We should perfect gene'Patent Law' system and further extend the protection range so as to promote China biological gene technology to stand in the forefront of the international market competition.
