摘　　要：提出一种适用于三种H型可逆直流PWM变换器控制模式 ,并且具有共态锁存保护功能的数字式PWM控制器 。A digital PWM controller which can protect the homolateral geminate GTRs (i.e. Giant Transistors) from the same state and be used to each of the three control modes of the H-shape reversible direct current PWM convertor is presented. And the hardware working principle sketches and the software flow-chart are given as well.
