摘　　要：针对低压配电网变压器中性点接地的运行方式常发生触电伤亡事故的问题 ,提出了中性点不接地运行方式 。This paper is aimed at the accidental problems of getting an electric shock in the working mode by the neutral point grounding in low voltage distribution electrical network transformer. The working mode of neutral point without grounding is presented and all kinds of working circumstances are analyzed from the point of techniques.
