摘　　要：本文对孕 7.8.16 .17d正常小鼠子宫和发生自然流产的小鼠子宫中的肥大细胞进行了研究 ,发现自然流产时子宫内肥大细胞的数量明显多于正常子宫 ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1) 。In this paper, we had studied mast cells in the normal and abnormal (spontaneous abortion) mouse uterus. The result showed that the number of mast cells in mouse uterus occurring spontaneous abortion was significantly higher than that in the normal. This suggested that mast cells in the uterus might play an important role during mouse spontaneous abortion.
