成都市国有商业企业改制中遇到的主要问题及应对

摘　　要：本文对成都市国有商业企业在建立现代企业制度过程中遇到的困难以及对策进行了探讨。通过结合成都市商业企业的实例 ,具体分析企业领导层的思想观念、债务负担及冗员问题等三大困难及其成因 ,并就此提出对策建议。本文还就目前成都市商业企业在改制工作中普遍采用的职工持股及政企不分等问题进行了探讨。This paper describes the difficulties that the enterprises of Chengdu city have met during the reforming process.Solutions to these problems are provided.With the help of practical cases,this paper analyzes three major difficulties(the concepts of the leader level,debt burden and redundant personnel)and their causes of formation.Based on the analysis,the suggestions and advice are proposed.It also probes into the problem about employee′s holding shares.
