人参提取物对小鼠耐力影响的初步研究

摘　　要：以添加人参提取物的饲料饲喂小鼠,然后进行密闭缺氧实验和游泳抗疲劳实验,结果显示:人参提取物可明显延长小鼠存活时间和持续、力竭游泳时间,从而表明人参可有效提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力和抗疲劳能力。The mice were fed the feed of contain P. schin-seng Nees. (PssNe) for 21 days,to re-search the effect of the PssN. on the endurance capacity of mice. The results indicated that PssN. couldsignifically prolong the time of survival,raise the ability of hyproxia tolerance and fatigue endurance innormal mice.
