摘　　要：介绍了美国RFMonolithics公司的TR30 0 0系列嵌入式无线收发芯片的主要特点、性能及其典型应用 ,并给出了一种由TR30 0 0和语音处理芯片T6 6 6In this paper, we first describe the main functions and performance of TR3000 hybrid transceiver produced by RF Monolithic Technologies Ltd. in the United States, and then put forward a method that transmits digital voice signal using TR3000 and T6668.
