运脾治疗对脾虚大鼠小肠粘膜结构的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察治疗儿童厌食症、营养性贫血的运脾方药对利血平所致脾虚大鼠小肠粘膜结构的影响。方法 :将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、中药治疗组 ,应用利血平化形成大鼠脾虚状态 ,三组对比观察小肠粘膜的结构变化。结果 :模型组小肠粘膜变薄 ,绒毛缩短 ,或退变 ;治疗组小肠粘膜基本恢复正常。结论 :运脾方药对小肠粘膜有良好的恢复作用。Observe the effect on the structure of small intestinal mucosa caused by Reserpine in rats treated by traditional Chinese drug yun pi fang yao(used to treat anorexia in children). Reserpine can decrease the 'spleen'functions and lead to symptoms of decreased 'spleen'functions and nutritional anemia. Method:All rats were divided into three groups: normal, model and treated groups. At first all rats were made to have decreased 'spleen' functions by Reserpine treatment. Then we observed and compared the changes in the structure of small intestinal mucosa in these three groups. Results: The rats in the model group were found to have thin, shortened or degenerated microvilli in small intestinal mucosa. The small intestinal mucosa of rats in the treated group all recovered to normal. Conclusion:yun pi fang yao can assist the recovery of damaged small intestinal mucosa.
