摘 要:目的 对不同来源的 11种蜜环菌菌株的生物学特性及多糖含量进行研究。方法 蜜环菌菌株生物学特性的观察采用平板培养法 ,菌丝体多糖含量的测定采用比色法。结果 菌株A1,A4 ,A5,A7,A9及A10 菌索比较发达 ,而菌株A2 ,A3 ,A6,A8及A11菌丝体比较发达 ;平均生长速度最快的菌株为A9,A10 ;发酵物中每克菌丝体多糖含量 ,以菌株A10 中含量最高。OBJECTIVE: To study the biological characteristics and polysaccharide contents of eleven Armillaria mellea strains. METHODS: Plant cultivation was used to observe the biological characteristics of Armillaria mellea. The contents of hypha polysaccharide were determined by using colorimetric method. RESULTS: It was found that the rhizomorph was enormous in strains A1,A4,A5,A7,A9 and A10, but the hypha was dominance in strains A2,A3,A6,A8 and A11. The average growth rate was rapid in strain A9 and A10. CONCLUSION: The biological characteristics and polysaccharide contents of different Armillaria mellea strains had significant differences.
