透皮吸收促进剂对奥沙普秦渗透性影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究促进剂对奥沙普秦渗透性的影响。方法　采用Valia Chien扩散池进行大鼠离体皮肤的体外渗透实验。结果　透皮吸收促进剂和不同浓度的月桂氮酮对奥沙普秦的渗透性均有促进作用。结论　月桂氮酮对奥沙普秦透皮吸收的促进作用具有浓度依赖性。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of enhancers on the transdermal delivery of oxaprozin. METHODS: The penetration rate of oxaprozin through rat skin in vitro was measured using Valia-Chien diffusion cell. RESULTS: The enhancers and different concentrations of laurocapram (Azone) 1%, 3%, 5%, 10% improved the transdermal delivery of oxaprozin. CONCLUSION: The transdermal delivery of oxaprozin was improved which related to the concentrations of laurocapram.
