摘  要:目的 :探讨仙人掌提取物对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧能力的影响。方法 :①小鼠的抗疲劳实验 :鼠 40只 ,随机分为 2组 ,对照组每d灌胃生理盐水 ,实验组每d灌胃仙人掌提取物 40 0mg/kg ;于第 14d作游泳试验 ,测定游泳时间。②小鼠耐缺氧实验 :小鼠 40只 ,随机分为 2组 ,灌胃方法同上 ,将小鼠放置于 2 5 0ml盛有 15g钠石灰磨口瓶中 ,测定小鼠的存活时间。结果 :实验组小鼠游泳时间和存活时间明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :仙人掌提取物可提高小鼠抗疲劳。Aim:To investigate the effects of opuntia primary extract on anti fatigue and anti anoxia.Methods:①40 mice were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was fed through stomach with physiological saline every day,and the experimental group with opuntia primary extract (400 mg/kg).14 days later,put mice in a container with 20 cm deep water and recorded their swimming time.②Other 40 mice were grouped and fed as described above.14 days later,put mice into 250 ml close bottle with 15 g[Na OH+Ca(OH) 2] in it.Recorded their survival time.Results:The swimming time and the survival time in the experimental group were more longer than thost of controls.( P <0 05).Conclusion: Extract of opuntia could improve the ability of anti fatigue and anti anoxia of mouse.
