摘　　要：在仔细研究动态链接库的基础上，合理利用动态链接库的优点，将之应用于监测仪表的软件设计中．使软件更加符合用户需求。The paper expatiates on dynamic-link banks. Then by taking advantages of them, the banks are applied to the developing of the program of monitoring instrument, making the software to meets the need of subscribers.
