唐代安北都护府迁徙考论

摘　　要：安北都护府是唐朝管理北方边疆的军政机关。安北都护府曾经三更其名、八迁治所。安北都护府对碛北地区诸羁縻府州实施管辖的历程，大致可分作前(647-688年)后(689-784年)两个时期，后期又可细分为3个阶段。而唐高宗永徽元年(650年)并未设立"瀚海都护府"。也不存在所谓圣历元年(698年)安北府迁驻单于都护府故城之变化，是年，安北府仍旧驻在河西走廊的"西安城"。The Anbei Prefecture was the Tang Dynasty's military and political body in charge of its northern boundaries. The Prefecture was renamed three times and its seat was relocated as many as eight times. The whole course of the Anbei Prefecture's administrating the autonomous counties and prefectur es in Qibei can be largely divided into two periods: the previous period(647-688) and the late period(689-784), which can again be divided into three stages. 'The Hanhai Prefecture' was not established until after the first year of the reign title of Yongde of the Emperor of Gao of the Tang Dynasty(650 A.D.), for what administr ated the areas in Jibei was only the Yanran Prefecture, but absolutely not 'the Hanhai Prefecture'. Nor was true the recorded change that the Anbei Prefectur e was moved to the seat of the former Chanyu Prefecture Seat in the first year of the reign title of Shengli. This year, the Anbei Prefecture was still seated in the town of Xi'an in the Hexi Corridor without moving its seat.
