摘　　要：动产抵押在公示性上存在着先天缺陷。这种缺陷是由动产买卖与动产抵押在公示方式上不一致所导致的。确立动产抵押制度 ,就必须要通过一定方式使其能够公示。Chattel mortgage,has its inner disadvantages in terms of the public summons.The disadvantages are caused by the differences of public summons between the transaction and mortgage of chattel.To establish the system of chattle mortgage,we must make it public.
