摘　　要：从职业流动视角来看 ,失业具有无流动性、下向流动性和被迫性 ;失业阻滞在于职业流动的规模不大 ,制度约束性太强和观念滞后 ;再就业具有上向流动性和主动性 ;再就业机制是一个由经济驱动机制、制度改革机制、就业观念转变机制和劳动力自由流动机制构成的综合性、动态性结构体系。The attribute to the occupation mobility of unemplo yment lies in its no n-fluidity,downward mobility and passivity.The occupation mobility obstacle of u nemployment lies in the small scale of occupation mobility,the strong restraint of the institution and the lag of the concepts.The attribute to the occupation m obility of reemployment depends on its upward mobility and its initiative.Theref ore,in order to construct the reasonable occupation mobility mechanisms of reem ployment,we must try our best to develop the economy,to promote the institution al reform,to transform the concept of employment positively as soon as possible, to establish a free mobility mechanisms of Labour force,and conscientiously rein force the macroscopic management of the occupation mobility.
