摘　　要：日本自明治维新后,制订了称霸亚洲和世界的“大陆政策”,其核心是“满蒙”政策。日本在基本实现“大陆政策”的第一期侵略目标(吞并朝鲜)后,立即着手为实现第二期侵略目标(独占“满蒙”)进行各种准备。“九·一八事变”和伪“满洲国”的建立,标志着日本大陆政策第二期目标的基本实现。事变的结果,不仅使日本实现了既定的侵略目标,而且又以“满洲”为基地,准备实现第三期侵略目标,即征服全中国乃至称霸亚洲。After the Sage Reformation,the Japanese made the Aggressive Land policy---dominating the Asia and the whole world.The core of was Manmeng policy.After realizing the first period aim of the Aggressive Land policy---capturing the Korea,the Japanese soon got down to making kinds of preparations for realizing the second period aim of conquering Manmeng.The foundation of the Japanese puppet regime's state and the 'Sep,18'incident,these two eventsmarked that the second period aim of the Japanese Aggressive Land policy had come true in general.The incident not only made Japan realize the estalished aim ,but also let it begin to make preparations for te third period aggressive aim on the base of Manchuria,that was conquaring the whole China and even deminating the Asia.
