安徽省1997年AFP病例病毒检测结果分析

摘　　要：安徽省１９９７年报告急性弛缓性麻痹（ＡＦＰ）病例２４１例，采集粪便标本２３８例，其中２０８例采集了密切接触者粪便标本。经接种ＲＤ和Ｈｅｐ－２两种细胞进行病毒分离，在ＡＦＰ病例粪便标本中分离到脊髓灰质炎（以下简称脊灰）病毒１３例，脊灰病毒和其它肠道病毒混合２例，非脊灰的其它肠道病毒６１例，共７６例，病毒分离阳性率为３１．９％；在２０８例密切接触者粪便标本中，完成病毒分离工作１８０例，分离到脊灰病毒２例，非脊灰的其它肠道病毒７４例，共７６例，病毒分离阳性率为４２．２％。分离出的脊灰病毒经国家脊灰实验室作型内鉴别。A total of 241 cases of Acute Flaccid Paralysis(AFP) was reported in 1997. Among of them, stool specimens of 238 cases and the contacts of 208 cases were collected. Virus isolation was made by RD and Hep-2 cells. The results indicated that viruses were isolated from 76 cases' stool specimens. Among them, 13cases infected poliovirus, 2 cases infected poliovirus and enterovirus, 61cases infected non-polio enterovirus(NPEV)). The isolation rate of virus was 31.9%. Among contacts' stool specimens of 208 cases. Virus isolation of 180 persons had been done. 2 poliovirus strains and 74 NPEV strains were isolated. The isolation rate of virus was 42.4%. All poliovirus strains were identified as vaccine-related strains through National Polio Laboratory for intratypic differentiation of poliovirus.
