小儿一侧肺大叶性肺炎(附12例报告)

摘　　要：报告12例小儿一侧肺大叶性肺炎,年龄2～11岁,主要表现高热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、惊厥、腹痛、惠侧叩实或叩浊、管状呼吸音及水泡音。8例高电压胸片显示支气管气相征。1例肺实变后合并气胸,1例合并胸腔积液。应用青霉素、氨苄青霉素、卡那霉素、新青霉素、头孢霉素等及对症治疗,全部治愈,病程11～39天。This paper reports 12 cases of lobar pneumonia in the unilateral lung in children aged 8-10 years. Clinically, this disease was characterized by high fever,cough, dyspnea, convulsion and abdominal pain. Also heard were percussible unilateral flatness, dull sounds, tubiform respiratory sounds and bubbling sounds. The 8/12 high-KV chest X-rayed photo showed signs of the bronchial gas phase. One case was complicated by pneuraothorax after consolidation of the lung and another patient by pleural effusion. Such antibiotics as penicillin G, ampicillin, gentamacin, Kanamucin, oxacillin and cefazolin were administered, supplemented by symptomatic and supporting therapies. The course of the disease was 11-39 days and all cases were cured.
