摘 要:报道江滩型地区各类传染源血吸虫感染及污染情况。人和牛的克粪毛蚴数(有效EPG)分别为1.82和9.5。按EPD公式推算,宿主每天排出有效虫卵数牛占99.6%,人仅占0.4%,滩地实际污染结果与推算基本相符。经3年人畜同步尤其强化耕牛化疗防治后,牛感染率为1.75%(1/57),居民感染率仅0.87%(10/1149),分别下降了95.13%和82.14%,野粪阳性率与人畜感染率下降水平亦基本相符。提示针对耕牛为主要传染源而采取的防制对策效果显著。 The paper reported the situation of infection sources and pollution of a marshland region of the Yangtze and control measures.Miracedium number per gram stool(effective EPG) in human and cattle are 1.82 and 9.5 respectively,Being calculated according to the formuia of EPD,efective egg number in cattle accounted for 99.6%. Among total egg discharged by hosts, but 0.4% in human only,the realistic pollution accorded basically with the resule calculated. After contro for 3 years, the infection rate is 1.75(1/57) in cattle and pople 0.87(10/1149), dicreasing by 95.13% and 82.14% respectively. The postive rate of stool in marshland accorded basically with dicreasing rate. It showed that the result of control measures directed against cattle as infection resouce is main marked.
