摘 要:奎河因接纳城市工业废水和生活污水而受到污染。为了解奎河污染对沿岸少年儿童身体健康和血红蛋白含量的影响,对992名(观察组492名,对照组500名)中小学生,用氰化高铁血红蛋白法测定Hb值。显示:观察组学生Hb均值(122.88±10.84g/L),明显低于对照组(127.96±8.40g/L)(t=8.26,P<0.01);而贫血患病率则明显高于对照组(观察组为44.11%,对照组为29.0%)(u=4.94,P<0.01)。提示,奎河污染水源对沿岸居民饮水和生活环境形成了广泛污染。The Kui River is polluted by industrial waste water and domestic sewage. In order to investigate influence of the river pollution on children's health and their hemoglobin content, Hb value of 992 primary and middle school students were tested by FeCN 3. The results showed that the average Hb value of observation group(122.88±10.84 g/L) is obviously inferior to that of control group(127.96±8.40g/L) (t=8.26, p<0.01) and that anemia prevalence rate of observation group(44.11%) is much higher than that of control group. (29.00%) (u=4.94, p<0.01). The situation indicated that the Kui River pollution has greatly polluted the residents' potable water and environment and reduced hemoglobin content of children along the river.
