摘　　要：西方汽车产业重组体现了世界汽车产业发展的结构优化和结构升级的过程和趋势。结构优化包括区域、产品和成本结构的优化；结构升级表现于产业结构的升级。我国汽车产业的劣势表现在技术、产品和资产等方面的结构危机和生存、发展等方面的能力危机。我国汽车产业正处于突破产业发展前的传统停滞状态的阶段，其发展必然应采取一种跨越式发展模式。重组是企业实现跨越式发展的必然选择，它能够带来速度、协同、结构和价值上的效应。进行重组要坚持重视管理重组和加强集团化建设等原则。企业重组是创新和金融支持活动的共同结果。The reorganization in automotive industry in western countries represents the process and trend of structrue opti- mization and structure upgrade in world automotive industry. Structure optimization contains the optimizations of regions, prod- ucts and cost structures, structure upgrade contains the upgrade of industrial structure. The inferior strength in automotive industry in our state reoresents the structural crisis in technology. product, assets and etc, and the capability crisis in survival, development and etc. The automotive industry in our country is now in the period of breaking through the traditional stagnating status in in- dustrial devlopment, and its development is inevitably in a leap forward developing mode. Reorganization is an inevitable selection to realize leap forward development in enterprise, which can bring the efFects in speed, coordination, structure and value. Reorga- nization should persist in the principles of emphasising management reorganization and strengthening grouping construction. The enterprise reorganization is a result coming from both innovation and financial support.
